Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Deaf Education, Special Education, or a related field, active Deaf & Hard of Hearing (DHH) certification, and 1+ years Deaf & Hard of Hearing Specialist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Job Title: Virtual Deaf and Hard of Hearing Teacher (D/HH)
Location:Boulder, Colorado
Type:Full time;37.5hrs/week
Caseload: Monarch Pk-8
Start/End Dates: August 5th toDecember 2025but may be extended into September

Responsibilities:

• Provide specialized instruction to students who are deaf or hard of hearing.
• Collaborate with general education teachers and staff.
• Develop and implement personalized education plans.
• Conduct assessments and identify children with potential hearing loss.

Qualifications:

• Colorado teaching license or have licensure application in process with an endorsement in Special Education
• Successful student teaching experience in the areas of exceptionality
• Basic knowledge of Special Education laws and regulations

Pay:Competitive starting at $40 per hour.
