A Chicago-based K-12 school is seeking two licensed School Psychologists for the 2025/2026 school year. These contract positions offer a dedicated professional the opportunity to support the mental health and educational development of students across elementary and high school levels.
Responsibilities include conducting psychological assessments, providing consultations to educators and families, supporting individualized education plans (IEPs), and implementing intervention strategies to promote student well-being and learning. The psychologist will collaborate with school staff to develop effective programs that address social, emotional, and behavioral challenges in the school environment.
Candidates must hold a valid Illinois License as a School Psychologist and possess a Professional Educators License (PEL). Experience working in K-12 settings is preferred to effectively address the diverse needs across grade levels. You should be able to work 32.5 to 35 hours weekly, five days per week.
Key Qualifications:
- Illinois Licensed School Psychologist credential
- Valid Professional Educators License (PEL) in Illinois
- Experience providing psychological services in K-12 educational environments
- Strong assessment and intervention skills
