Seeking a skilled professional with expertise in behavior intervention and support for students with diverse needs in a K-12 school setting. This position is located in Cambridge, MD, and focuses primarily on serving elementary-aged students with disabilities such as Autism and Emotional Disabilities.
Qualifications:
- Masters degree or higher in Psychology, Social Work, or Education.
- Valid certification as a Psychologist, Licensed Social Worker, or Certified Teacher.
- Strong background in Behavior Intervention and Behavior Assessments.
- Previous experience working with students with special needs, particularly in elementary settings.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:
- Provide specialized behavioral support and intervention strategies to students.
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other support staff to ensure positive student outcomes.
