Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated infant assistant teacher to join our early childhood education team. We are looking for someone who will provide a nurturing and stimulating environment for infants, ensuring their safety, development, and well-being.
Duties
Assist in the daily care of infants, including feeding, diapering, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
Engage infants in age-appropriate activities that promote cognitive, social, and emotional development.
Support lead teachers in implementing lesson plans and classroom routines.
Maintain open and positive communication with parents and caregivers regarding their child’s progress and needs.
Ensure compliance with Texas state regulations and childcare licensing standards.
Requirements
High school diploma or GED required;
Previous experience in early childhood education or infant care is a plus
CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and work in a physically active environment
