Instructional System Designer
Annapolis, MD (Remote)---On-site presence may be required within 72 hours notice (no limit on visits).
Need Overall 10+Years of experience
3 References from the recent projects is must.
Proof of any degrees and certifications must be submitted with the resume

Minimum Qualification:

• 4+ years of experience in online curriculum design and development for adult learners.
• 2+ years of experience conducting quality assurance reviews for accuracy, functionality, and compliance of eLearning content and platforms.
• Strong proficiency in developing SCORM-compliant eLearning using Articulate Storyline 360 and Articulate Rise
• Ability to present a portfolio of relevant work demonstrating expertise in self-paced eLearning, including multimedia elements and adult learning principles.
• Must be able to present a work portfolio in the interview

Preferred Qualification:

• Experience with Designing engaging self-paced online courses for adult learners
• Experience with Vyond, or similar platform, to create video components within trainings.
• Experience with Working with Learning management systems such as Canvas or Blackboard.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 tools: Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Word
• Ability to Work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders within the Judiciary.
• Ability to Meet deadlines and manage deliverables on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to Accept and address constructive feedback.
• Knowledge of Adult learning theory and instructional design principles
• Knowledge of Best practices in eLearning delivery

Skill set required:

• Articulate Storyline 360 & Articulate Rise (SCORM-compliant development)
• Multimedia/video development using Vyond or comparable platforms
• Familiarity with LMS platforms (Canvas, Blackboard)
• Strong understanding of adult learning theory and self-paced instructional design
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 (Teams, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
• Strong communication, collaboration, multitasking, and stakeholder engagement skills
