Remote School Psychologist Michigan (Telehealth Position)

Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and licensed School Psychologist to provide virtual psychological services to K12 students in Michigan. This role offers the flexibility of remote work while delivering essential support to students' academic, emotional, and behavioral development through telehealth platforms.
Key Responsibilities

Psychological Assessments: Conduct prehensive evaluations to assess students' cognitive, emotional, and behavioral needs.

Counseling Services: Provide individual and group counseling to students addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, and behavioral challenges.

IEP Collaboration: Work closely with educators, parents, and school staff to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and 504 Plans.

Crisis Intervention: Offer immediate support and intervention strategies for students in crisis situations.

Consultation and Training: Advise school personnel on best practices for supporting student mental health and provide training on psychological topics.

Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely records of assessments, services provided, and student progress in pliance with school and state regulations.
Qualifications

Education: Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or a closely related field.

Licensure: Valid Michigan School Psychologist license (or eligibility to obtain).

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a school setting, with a preference for experience in virtual service delivery.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in using telehealth platforms (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams) and other digital tools for assessments and counseling.

Additional Requirements:fortable working as an independent contractor; access to a home puter with high-speed internet.
Preferred Qualifications
