Job DescriptionWe are seeking passionate and dedicated Early Childhood & School Age Lead Teachers to join our vibrant learning community for these Direct Hire positions. We are seeking (1) Full-time Early Childhood/Preschool Teacher and (1) Part-time School Age Teacher.
Early Childhood & School Age Lead Teachers Pay: $20/Lead TeacherEarly Childhood & School Age Lead Teachers Hours: Varying Shifts Available- 4, 8, or 9hour shifts in the hours of 7am-5:30pm. Monday-FridayEarly Childhood & School Age Lead Teachers Training: In-person & 30-60 online hours required.
Early Childhood & School Age Lead Teachers Requirements:

• Must be 19 years or older and at least 5 years older than the oldest child in their care.
• Must possess an HSD/GED.
• Background check required. Finger printing in Freeport and mileage & time will be reimbursed.
• Needs to have one of the following:
  • 30 semester hours of credit from an accredited college/university with 6 hours related to school-age child care, child development, elementary education, physical education, recreation, camping or other related fields. Or;
  • 1560 hours of experience in a recreational program or licensed daycare center serving school-age children and 6 hours of credit from a college/university related to school-age childcare, child development, elementary education, physical education, recreation, camping or other related fields. Or
  • A Highschool Diploma or equivalency plus 3120 hours of experience in a recreational program, kindergarten, or licensed day care center serving school-age children.
