Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) for each student.
- Create a supportive and engaging classroom environment tailored to early childhood learners.
- Collaborate with other educators, specialists, and families to enhance student learning.
- Monitor and assess student progress, adapting teaching methods as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of student achievements and IEP documentation.

Qualifications:
- Valid EC-4 or EC-6 teaching certification with Special Education endorsement.
- Preferred: ESL certification, although not required.
- Strong understanding of early childhood development and special education practices.
- Excellent munication and interpersonal skills.
