Kids Growing Early Learning Center is seeking a patient and nurturing individual who has a passion and love for working with infants!
Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Care and education of children while meeting the individual needs of the children</li>
<li>Help to plan and implement weekly lesson plans and schedules</li>
<li>Help design and maintain an appropriate room arrangement to support the goals and developmental level of the infants in the classroom</li>
<li>Interact with the infants to support play, exploration, and learning</li>
<li>Communicate appropriately and professionally with parents and fellow staff</li>
<li>Participation in staff and training meetings</li>
<li>Compliance with current state licensing regulations and company procedures and policies</li>
</ul>
Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Prior infant classroom/group setting experience</li>
<li>Must be 18 years of age</li>
<li>Must have a love of young children</li>
<li>Must be a team player</li>
</ul>
