We are seeking to hire an Admissions Director. Be part of a warm, engaging assisted living community. Assist applicants and their families with this important life choice and help them through the admission process.
- $70,000 annually.
Admissions Director Introduction:
The Admissions Director is responsible for managing all aspects of the admissions process, including outreach, resident inquiries, tours, and coordination of move-ins. This role plays a vital part in maintaining census and fostering positive relationships with prospective residents, families, and community partners.
Admissions Director Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Experience with Assisted Living communities preferred.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Aline (Formerly Enquire, Salesforce, MatrixCare, Eldermark, or similar).
- Understanding of and commitment to Catholic values and mission.
- Ability to work some evenings and weekends as needed.
Admissions Director Job Summary:
- Lead and manage the full admissions process from inquiry to move-in.
- Build and maintain strong referral relationships with hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and other providers.
- Conduct tours and present the community in a professional and compassionate manner.
- Maintain accurate and timely records using CRM and Microsoft Office applications.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless resident transitions.
- Report on admission metrics and progress to leadership.
- Collaborate with internal departments to generate leads, plan and execute in – person internal and external networking events and activities.
- Maintain impeccable paperwork and files for resident leases and subsequent resident and family communications – written and verbal.
