Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality occupational therapy services to elementary, middle, and high school students via teletherapy.
- Assess student needs and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to enhance their learning experiences.
- Collaborate with a dedicated paraeducator who will facilitate sessions and assist with implementing therapy strategies.
- Maintain regular communication with students, parents, and school staff regarding progress and necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
- Stay updated on best practices and developments in teletherapy methods to ensure effective outcomes for students.
- Document all therapy sessions and student progress in compliance with educational and health standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- Current state licensure and certification in Occupational Therapy.
- Recent teletherapy experience is highly preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students and staff.
- Ability to work independently while being a proactive part of the educational team.
