This position offers an opportunity to serve as a School Psychologist in a K-12 educational setting. The role involves a contract commitment for the full school year, working 0.8 FTE, which equates to 32 hours per week. The primary focus of the position is conducting psychological assessments to support student development and educational planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and interpret psychological assessments for students across grades K-12.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and administrators to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) based on assessment results.
- Provide data-driven recommendations to help improve student learning and well-being.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute expert insights regarding student needs.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with educational regulations.
Desired Qualifications:
- Valid licensure or certification as a School Psychologist.
- Experience conducting psychological assessments within a K-12 school environment.
- Strong ability to analyze and communicate assessment findings effectively.
