Job DescriptionMinimum 1+ years paraprofessional or special education experience required.

This is a fantastic opportunity to provide essential support to students and help them succeed academically.

What Youll Do:

• Student Support: Work closely with students to offer personalized assistance, whether in a 1:1 setting or small groups, to help them meet their academic goals.
• Collaboration: Partner with teachers and staff to create a positive and effective learning environment.
• Engagement: Foster a nurturing atmosphere that encourages student growth and learning.

Qualifications:

• Education: Paraprofessional Educational Requirements:
  - Hold an Associates Degree or Higher
  -OR a certificate with a minimum score of 460on the ParaPro Assessment provided by the Educational Testing Service
  -OR completed apprenticeship as a Paraeducator
• Commitment: A passion for working with students and a dedication to their success.
• Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not required.
• Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on supporting academic achievement.
