<li>The blaster/painter must be highly productive, experienced in the multiple crafts involved and be an expert in the mechanic and use of all equipment, materials, and procedures necessary for the safe and effective surface preparation and application of coatings</li>

<ul>
<li>The blaster/painter must be able to hold and control 100 psi nozzle pressure.</li>
<li>They must be proficient in spraying to maintain even mileage.</li>
<li>Must possess knowledge of and have experience in different coatings. (Epoxy, urethanes, polyesters, vinylesters.)</li>
<li>Must have knowledge of Hazardous waste management.</li>
<li>2+ years of experience in industrial blasting/coatings.</li>
<li>Some knowledge of rigging.</li>
<li>Must be proficient in all Safety aspects of his craft.</li>
<li>Must be proficient in QA/QC requirements of his craft</li>
</ul>
 
Travel: 
 
Must be able to travel to job sites, if necessary. Duties will be performed almost entirely at one location.
