Over the years, we became really good at remanufacturing and servicing Allisons. Today, RTS is the "Gold Standard" for remanufactured Allison transmissions. The
Summary:
The Shop Entry Level position involves various tasks, including general cleanup, delivery, and transmission teardown. This role presents a valuable opportunity for individuals to learn a new trade and progress within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Adhering to all company policies and procedures
- Conducting shop cleanup activities
- Operating company vehicles for deliveries
- Cleaning internal and external transmission parts
- Maintaining cleanliness of the building and grounds
- Supporting maintenance personnel
- Engaging in organized record-keeping and filing as necessary
- Undertaking additional duties as assigned

- Demonstrated accuracy and thoroughness

- Adherence to safety and security procedures
- Consistent attendance and punctuality
- Dependability and willingness to take initiative
- Ideally, a high school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- A clean driving record
- Certification to operate company forklifts
