We’re excited to offer an opportunity to join our Residential Lending Department as a Residential Lending Manager.
As a Residential Lending Manager, you will lead and empower a high-performing team committed to delivering exceptional service throughout the mortgage lifecycle—from origination through servicing. You’ll ensure our processes remain efficient, compliant, and always centered on the Member experience.
Key Responsibilities:

Inspire and Empower a High-Performing Team
Lead, coach, and mentor Residential Lending Specialists and Processors with a focus on team development, service excellence, and accountability. -
Drive Pipeline Growth and Operational Excellence
Oversee mortgage and home equity pipelines to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant processing in coordination with the Operations Manager. -
Champion Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner across departments—Branch Operations, Contact Center, Digital Solutions, and Community Development—to ensure a seamless, consistent Member experience. -
Uphold Compliance and Operational Integrity
Direct and inspect loan operations, servicing documentation, escrow, tax and insurance payments, ensuring alignment with regulatory and investor requirements. -
Lead with Vision and Accountability
Set clear, measurable goals for your team. Lead regular coaching, sales, and processing meetings that reinforce performance standards and business objectives.
Qualifications:

Leadership Experience:
Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop teams in residential lending or related financial services. -
Mortgage & Home Equity Expertise:
Strong understanding of mortgage and home equity loan products, origination, and servicing processes. -
Operational & Compliance Awareness:
Knowledge of industry regulations and ability to maintain compliant, member-focused processes. -
Collaboration & Communication Skills:
Effective communication with internal teams and external partners to support shared goals. -
Results-Driven & Innovative Mindset:
Demonstrated ability to meet goals, identify opportunities for improvement, and drive innovation.
