We're Hiring: NOC Technician – SCFS | 24x7x365 Support | DAS & Small Cell Networks
Join our dynamic Network Operations Center (NOC) team and play a critical role in supporting and maintaining high-performance DAS and Small Cell wireless networks. We're looking for a proactive NOC Technician who thrives in a fast-paced, 24x7x365 environment and is passionate about network reliability and customer satisfaction.
What You’ll Do:
- Monitor and analyze alarms across DAS and Small Cell networks
- Troubleshoot issues and escalate to Tier 2 or field ops as needed
- Communicate with internal teams and external clients on network incidents
- Identify root causes and support timely service restoration
- Manage and update network tickets and change requests
- Coordinate with the Fiber NOC and field teams for resolution and repair testing
What We’re Looking For:
- Associate degree in Electronics, IT, or equivalent technical training
- 3–5 years of experience in customer service, dispatch, or NOC support
- Strong understanding of wireless telecommunications (DAS/Small Cell preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn internal tools
- Excellent communication, multitasking, and critical thinking skills
- Self-motivated and highly accountable team player
