We're Hiring: Residential Group Home Supervisor – Farmingdale, ME

At Uplift, Inc., we're looking for a compassionate, motivated, and experienced Residential Group Home Supervisor to support our dedicated team and the adults with developmental disabilities we serve in Farmingdale, ME.

What You'll Do:

As a Residential Supervisor, you'll lead and inspire a team of direct care professionals to deliver exceptional support and care. You'll play a vital role in:

• Overseeing day-to-day home operations and ensuring a warm, respectful environment
• Managing staffing, training, evaluations, and scheduling
• Developing and implementing individualized service plans
• Ensuring compliance with state/federal regulations, especially HCBS
• This role is 20/20 with 20 hours of direct care and 20 hours of supervising
• Promoting positive partnerships with families, agencies, and the community
• Participating in long-term planning and quality improvement initiatives

What You Bring:

• High School diploma or GED (higher education a plus)
• Minimum 3 years' experience working with people with developmental disabilities
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience
• Ability to meet physical requirements (lifting, transfers, etc.)
• Valid Maine driver's license and insurable driving record
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including some evenings/weekends
• Eligibility to become a licensed Foster Home Administrator
• Experience with individuals with Developmental Disabilities with greater medical needs preferred

Starting Pay: $43,950.40/year

(Pay increases based on experience and qualifications)
