• Oversee fabrication and production projects to ensure on-time, high-quality completion

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and internal teams

• Coordinate schedules and manage shop workflow

• Prepare job estimates and quotes (a plus, but not required)

• Prior experience in a fabrication shop or production shop environment
