About the Role:

As a Medical Aesthetician, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the overall well-being and appearance of our clients through advanced skincare treatments and procedures. Your expertise will be essential in assessing individual skin conditions and recommending appropriate treatments that align with each client's unique needs. You will work closely with medical professionals to ensure that all procedures are performed safely and effectively, contributing to a positive patient experience. Additionally, you will stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in the aesthetic field to provide the highest quality of care. Ultimately, your goal will be to help clients achieve their aesthetic goals while promoting healthy skin practices.

Schedule:

  • This is a full time position, expected to work 36-40 hours per week.

  • Shifts include a mix of 8 and 10 hours weekday shifts + every other Saturday from 8:30-2pm.


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Valid state license or certification as a Medical Aesthetician.
  • Completion of an accredited aesthetician program with a focus on medical aesthetics.
  • Proven experience in performing aesthetic treatments in a clinical or medical setting.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Additional certifications in advanced aesthetic treatments or laser treatments.
  • Experience with skincare product lines and knowledge of ingredients and their effects on skin health.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough skin assessments and consultations to determine the best treatment plans for clients.
  • Administer a variety of aesthetic treatments, including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and laser therapies.
  • Educate clients on skincare regimens and post-treatment care to ensure optimal results.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with team to develop and implement new treatment protocols and services.

Skills:

The required skills for this role include a strong understanding of skin anatomy and physiology, which will be applied during client assessments to recommend suitable treatments. Excellent communication skills are essential, as you will need to explain procedures and aftercare instructions clearly to clients. Attention to detail is crucial when performing aesthetic treatments to ensure safety and effectiveness. Preferred skills, such as knowledge of advanced aesthetic technologies, will enhance your ability to offer cutting-edge services that meet client demands. Overall, both required and preferred skills will contribute to your success in delivering exceptional care and achieving client satisfaction.

Compensation:
