Supervise and guide a team of machinists on the swing shift to ensure smooth operations and top-notch quality.

Set up, operate, and troubleshoot both CNC and manual machines (mills, lathes, etc.).

Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and job specs to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

Train, mentor, and support machinists to enhance team productivity and skills.

Oversee production timelines and assign tasks to meet schedule demands.

Perform quality control checks using precision instruments such as calipers and micrometers.

Enforce and uphold safety standards and company procedures.

Partner with engineering and management teams to refine machining processes and boost output.
Qualifications

5+ years of machining experience—leadership or supervisory background is a plus.

Strong CNC setup and troubleshooting skills.

Deep knowledge of machining methods, tooling, and materials.

Ability to read blueprints and understand GD&T specifications.

Excellent leadership and communication skills.

High attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
