Job DescriptionSalary: $75K-$90K

Experienced Project Coordinator needed for Steel Contractor doing structural and miscellaneous steel for industrial and commercial projects. Are also open to part-time.

Positive culture with growing company doing challenging projects including work at Coors Field; University, Multifamily, Commercial, and industrial projects; and projects at companies like Lockheed and RTD. Fast-paced environment.


THIS IS AN IN-HOUSE POSITION, NOT A REMOTE POSITION


Key Responsibilities:

* Project Management Support

* Keep all Contract Drawings, Submittal Drawings, RFIs, and Change Orders current and organized in Tekla (ERP) Software system

* Initiate and track all submittals and RFIs for assigned projects

* Quickly and efficiently respond to customers as needed

* Help sequence and coordinate deliveries to jobsite by working with Field Manager and Shop Manager

* Help with Job Quality Control by reviewing submittal drawings before processed and sent to Customer for review

* Initiate and complete necessary paperwork needed for jobsite specific security, safety, and access

* Strong verbal and written communication skills

* Natural and consistent focus on project safety

* Demonstrated ability to manage and balance multiple projects

* Adaptability to meet tight deadlines despite weather and project delays

* Experience with large scale commercial drawings and projects (Prefer 4 years Experience)

* Experience with structural steel erection and welding

* Knowledge of AISC and AWS Standards
