Job DescriptionJob Purpose and Function The Cloud Infrastructure Analyst is responsible for the design, implementation, management, and support of both on-premises and cloud-based infrastructure across the organization. This includes virtualization platforms, cloud environments, networking systems, security infrastructure, and enterprise services. The Analyst ensures reliable performance, security, scalability, and continuous improvement of the infrastructure ecosystem to meet evolving business demands. How You’ll Make an Impact Cloud & Infrastructure Management

  • Support the design, deployment, and maintenance of cloud and hybrid infrastructure solutions with strong emphasis on Microsoft Azure & Virtualization
  • Administer vSphere virtualization, ensuring high availability and optimal performance across virtual machines
  • Oversee Palo Alto Networks firewalls, ensuring security policies and traffic inspection are maintained aligned with Cybersecurity best practices
  • Manage secure and scalable network environments using Meraki and UniFi solutions
  • Maintain and monitor storage and backup systems, including Rubrik and other hybrid solutions
  • Collaborate with business units to scale and optimize infrastructure supporting critical applications and services
  • Support virtualization for field services including NCR PXE boot and endpoint deployments

Security & Surveillance Systems

  • Oversee and manage Verkada connectivity for physical security systems including access control and camera infrastructure
  • Collaborate with the cybersecurity team to ensure compliance with Zscaler and other endpoint protection tools

Support Services Management

  • Support daily service delivery and vendor relationships to ensure operational excellence
  • Track, escalate, and resolve service tickets using internal and MSP ticketing systems
  • Develop standardized troubleshooting and remediation workflows
  • Monitor and report on SLA metrics and help identify areas for improvement

Installations and Site Support

  • Lead and execute annual hardware refresh projects
  • Provide onsite and remote support for network deployments and infrastructure maintenance
  • Install and support POS and back-office systems at retail locations
  • Travel as needed to support physical installations and troubleshooting

Timely Technical Support

  • Own support issues from identification to resolution, ensuring communication with stakeholders throughout
  • Prioritize, diagnose, and resolve technical requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Perform root cause analysis and document lessons learned to prevent recurrence
  • Provide onboarding support and training for new employees and contractors

Documentation & Inventory Management

  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation for systems, processes, and configurations
  • Create and update standard operating procedures and knowledge base content
  • Maintain asset inventory and software compliance records

Hardware and Software Support

  • Support firmware and software updates across infrastructure
  • Troubleshoot and manage networking components (firewalls, switches, access points)
  • Administer and maintain Windows Server environments, Active Directory, DNS, and GPOs
  • Support and improve endpoint management through Microsoft Intune and related tools
  • Other duties as assigned by the Infrastructure Manager

What We’re Looking For

  • Associate’s degree in computer science, information systems, or related field preferred; equivalent experience accepted
  • 3+ years in IT with experience supporting both cloud and on-premises infrastructure

An ideal candidate will also have expertise in:

  • Virtualization (vSphere/VMware, PXE booting, Hypervisors)
  • Networking (Meraki, UniFi, Palo Alto, Zscaler)
  • Cloud (Microsoft Azure)
  • Security and surveillance (Verkada)
  • Disaster recovery (Zerto, Rubrik)
  • Endpoint and server administration (Windows Server, Active Directory, Intune)
  • Experience with ticketing systems and service lifecycle management

Availability and Travel

  • This role complies with our company’s hybrid schedule. Our operating days and hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with expectation of office & field days being Tuesday through Thursday, reserving Monday and Friday as work-from-home.
  • Occasionally, business needs may require periodic work obligations outside of core business hours including rotational on-call responsibilities.
  • This role may require occasional travel, including overnight stays for field support, training, conferences, or other events with reimbursement available for approved accommodations and/or expenses.
  • This role requires utilization of your personal vehicle for travel; mileage reimbursement and/or vehicle reimbursement programs are offered by Wills Group accordingly.
