Job DescriptionDescription:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Personal Injury Plaintiff Paralegal to support our attorneys in managing personal injury cases from intake through settlement or trial.

Responsibilities include:

• Client communication

• Case file management

• Drafting legal documents (e.g., pleadings, discovery, demand letters)

• Coordinating medical records

• Assisting in trial preparation

The ideal candidate is highly organized, proficient in legal software, and has a strong understanding of personal injury law and litigation procedures.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in personal injury law (plaintiff-side preferred)

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• Proficiency with case management systems and Microsoft Office

Pay Details: $28.00 to $33.00 per hour
