Responsibilities:

Document and track all telephonic and email outreach related to contracting and credentialing, ensuring a minimum of three telephonic outreaches are documented with dates and primary source material.

Maintain comprehensive records of all onboarding, contracting, and credentialing activities.

Monitor and track the status of credentialing applications for all providers.

Track the status of all contracts through various stages, from initiation to execution.
Requirements:

Proven experience in an administrative or data entry role, preferably within a healthcare or contracting environment.

Exceptional organizational skills and a strong attention to detail.

Proficiency in data management and documentation.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Pay Details: $31.00 per hour
