YourSpace Storage is looking for motivated, outgoing, and friendly leasing specialists to add to its growing team. This position offers a flexible work schedule and requires weekend and occasional evening work .The salary range for this position is $17.00 - $18.50 with the exact figure depending on your experience and qualifications. We strive to be competitive and offer compensation that reflects the skills you bring to the table.
Requirements:
- The ideal candidate will have prior customer service and/or sales experience with cash handling.
- Administrative organizational skills.
- A valid driver’s license and transportation are required.
- Prior storage experience is a plus.

Job Description:
The full-time position includes competitive compensation and benefits, job responsibilities include:
- Assisting customers with finding the ideal storage space.
- Retail sales of moving & storage supplies.
- Promoting truck rentals.
- Accepting payments.
- Handling customer phone calls and providing customer service to all prospective and current customers.
- Prepare lease agreements, move-in packets, and other documents for new customers.
- Providing light maintenance to the facility and rental trucks.
- Making collection calls to customers in arrears.
- Perform daily lock checks.
- Other duties as assigned.
