Joining us as a Technical Maintenance Engineer, you will delve into the intricacies of machinery operation, executing expert break-fix solutions and regular maintenance to diagnose and rectify complex mechanical and electrical system issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic assessments to identify and rectify root causes of mechanical malfunctions.
• Ensure inventory management for repair parts and supplies to allow uninterrupted maintenance workflows.
• Strategically partner with our Planner Scheduler to refine our preventive maintenance strategies.
• Operate machinery including lathes, drill presses, and grinders; perform welding as required.
• Maintain exceptional work environment standards by adhering to 5S and housekeeping regulations.
• Lead and engage in continuous improvement (CI) activities, ensuring process innovations and cost rationalization.
• Guide junior technicians while fostering your own technical prowess through tailored training engagements.
• Troubleshoot and optimize control systems, addressing hardware and software complexities.
• Utilize predictive technologies for data-driven equipment maintenance and readiness evaluations.

Professional Expectations & Skills

• High School Diploma or equivalent education, additional technical degree preferred.
• Proven track record within predictive technologies and comprehensive machine maintenance.
• Ability to simplify complex systems, offering clear problem resolution strategies.
• Proficiency in the use of both standard and specialized hand tools.
• Eagerness to travel when required to meet operational needs.

Physical Demands

Prepared for an active role which requires manual precision, you are confident operating within factory settings often featuring noisy and hazardous materials. Lifting in excess of 50 pounds might sometimes be necessary, along with working at variable heights and in confined spaces.
