We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Support Manager to lead our support team. This role requires deep technical expertise in Microsoft Windows environments and Azure cloud services, combined with proven leadership capabilities. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day support operations, mentoring team members, and ensuring high-quality service delivery to internal and external stakeholders.

Job Details
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of technical support engineers, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback.
- Oversee the resolution of complex technical issues related to Windows OS, Active Directory, Azure infrastructure, and related technologies.
- Develop and implement support processes, SLAs, and escalation procedures to ensure timely and effective issue resolution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, DevOps, and Product to improve system reliability and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor support metrics and generate reports to identify trends, areas for improvement, and training needs.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to strategic planning for support services.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in technical support or IT operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Strong hands-on experience working in a Windows (2019+) environment.
- Experience with Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, and Azure (IaaS, PaaS, and identity services).
- Experience with desktop imaging software.
- Experience working in a mid-sized organization.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage high-pressure situations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and inspire a team.
- Experience with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira Service Desk) and support analytics.
Preferred Qualifications
- Microsoft certifications such as Azure Administrator Associate, Azure Solutions Architect, or Windows Server certifications.
- Experience with Citrix Desktop.
- Familiarity with hybrid cloud environments and enterprise security practices.
