Your Role as Advanced Manufacturing Electro Technician:
- Playing a key role in training and mentoring a team of Maintenance Technicians/Electro-Mechanics to enhance operational proficiency.
- Identifying technical issues and performing advanced maintenance on mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, and control systems across production environments.
- Driving improvements and updates in the maintenance approach, including Preventative, Corrective, and Predictive systems as well as parts management.
- Contributing actively to technical initiatives and streamlining processes through SOP documentation and updates.
- Improving efficiency and quality in manufacturing by optimizing machine functions and process flow.
QUALIFICATIONS FOR SUCCESS:
- High School Diploma or Equivalency Required
- Capability to proficiently read, write, and converse in English
- Working during flexible shifts: 36 - 48 hours per week.
- No travel anticipated.
