Who we are looking for:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Application Analyst II to join our Client's Clinical Informatics team on a contract to hire basis. This individual will primarily focus on Epic Beaker application maintenance and support for small-scale projects. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with strong communication skills and experience in clinical or laboratory application support. While Epic Beaker certification is required, experience with WellSky Transfuse is a highly valued plus.

Key Responsibilities:
Support general lab application maintenance and assist with small-scale project implementation.
Install, configure, test, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot applications across supported platforms.
Identify and resolve routine and complex technical issues proactively.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective application performance and user support.
Document issue resolutions, disaster recovery steps, and operational procedures for team knowledge-sharing.
Follow Froedtert Health’s incident and change management protocols in line with service level agreements.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with end users and clinical stakeholders.
Participate in on-call support and escalate service requests as appropriate.
Continuously evaluate and improve application-related workflows and support processes.
Apply project management tools and methodologies as required.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Required Skills and Qualifications:Epic Beaker CertificationMinimum of 2 years’ experience in implementing or supporting an EHR application, ideally in a clinical or lab setting.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field OR equivalent relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
Professional communication skills (verbal and written).
Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure.
Experience with WellSky Transfuse is preferred but not required.

Codeworks, LLC discloses that the anticipated hourly pay range for this position is between $60 and $100. This range is subject to change based on job-related factors, including client requirements where applicable.
