Adecco is currently recruiting for a Finishing Technician to join a well-established medical device manufacturer in Largo, FL. This is a long-term opportunity with the potential to become a permanent role. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality parts that meet cosmetic and functional standards, maintaining production equipment, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Flexibility to train on an alternate shift is required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain washing stations and other finishing equipment.

  • Adhere to 5S organizational standards and support continuous improvement efforts.

  • Consistently produce defect-free parts that meet all quality and cosmetic requirements.

  • Read and interpret technical drawings, work instructions, and specifications.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or production environment, preferably in finishing or coating.

  • Strong ability to follow instructions and adapt to new processes quickly.

  • Proficiency in operating production equipment and utilizing measurement tools.

  • Excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.

  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and remain on feet for up to 8 hours per shift.

  • Good visual acuity and color differentiation.

  • Dependable and available for scheduled shifts and overtime as required.

Pay Details: $18.50 per hour
