Job DescriptionWe are looking for a skilled Help Desk Analyst II to join our team in Grand Rapids, Michigan. In this Contract-to-permanent position, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional technical support, particularly for Apple products, to our executive team and office locations. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering secure and efficient IT solutions.

Responsibilities:
• Deliver high-quality technical support for Apple products, ensuring seamless functionality for executives and office staff.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software issues across various office locations.
• Adhere to security protocols and asset management procedures for all IT equipment.
• Utilize corporate systems to manage incidents, requests, and changes effectively.
• Implement best practices and ensure compliance with internal security, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Assist in gathering data for compliance activities and audits.
• Manage personal data securely, meeting organizational and external customer standards.
• Participate in on-call rotations and provide timely support during major incidents.
• Contribute to IT projects and collaborate with team members as needed.• Proven experience in supporting Apple products in a corporate environment, including direct executive support.
• Preferred certifications such as Apple Device Support, Apple Deployment and Management, or Apple Business Essentials.
• Expertise in managing endpoints, specifically Apple devices, using MDM solutions like Microsoft Intune.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach.
• Proficiency in Microsoft operating systems and desktop hardware configuration.
• Familiarity with Active Directory, Group Policy, and IP configuration troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of backup software, VMware, and desktop system security is a plus.
• Commitment to continuous learning and obtaining industry certifications, such as Microsoft 365 Endpoint Administrator.
