The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing onsite desktop support, managing IT tickets, and assisting with various entry-level IT tasks. Responsibilities:
- Provide onsite desktop support to end-users, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues.
- Handle IT tickets efficiently, prioritizing and escalating as needed.
- Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve technical problems.
- Offer training and support to end-users on IT-related topics.
Qualifications:
- Educational background in IT, Computer Science (Optional).
- Basic knowledge of IT hardware, software, and networking.
- U.S. Citizen

Salary range: $20 - $35/hour
