- Physical inspection of IT Equipment for any visual alarms to facilitate break fixing any hardware issues
- Unmounting/Remounting of existing IT equipment to resolve hardware issues
- Escorting OEM field engineers to support New/Replace IT hardware devices
- Deploy and test the Device implementation in accordance with the standard equipment configuration(s) and software image and in accordance with the procedures and specific Service Requests
- Perform equipment and software IMACDs and re-installations in accordance with the specific Service Request, procedures and other application policies
- Conduct data and application migration that is necessary due to any equipment or software IMACDs and re-installations
Perform onsite decommissioning services on equipment or software, or ship Devices as necessary to designated onsite quarantine location for reuse, disposal or return
