Requirements
We are seeking a skilled SharePoint Workflow Developer to design, build, and maintain automated business processes within SharePoint Online and SharePoint 2016/2019 environments. This role requires strong experience with Power Automate (Microsoft Flow) and workflow development, particularly in regulated environments such as banking or financial services.
Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain automated workflows using Power Automate, SharePoint Designer, and other workflow tools.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze requirements and convert manual processes into streamlined digital workflows.
-
Create custom forms, approval chains, task assignments, and other automation solutions to support core business functions.

Monitor workflow execution, troubleshoot issues, and implement performance improvements.
-
Ensure that workflow solutions comply with audit, regulatory, and data security standards.
-
Manage and optimize SharePoint lists, libraries, site structures, and metadata in support of automation efforts.
-
Participate in content migration and workflow re-implementation from legacy platforms to SharePoint Online.

Train users and prepare supporting documentation to facilitate adoption of automated solutions.
Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

3–5 years of hands-on experience with SharePoint Online / 2016 / 2019, focusing on workflow development.

Strong proficiency in:
-
Power Automate (Microsoft Flow)
-
SharePoint Designer workflows
-
InfoPath (optional)
-

Proven experience in business process automation and optimization in a corporate setting.

Understanding of compliance frameworks and document retention policies, especially in banking or financial domains.

Working knowledge of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including Teams, Power Platform, and OneDrive.
Preferred Skills:
-
Experience building complex workflows involving multi-level approvals, conditional logic, branching, and SLA monitoring.

Familiarity with PowerShell scripting for workflow automation and administration.

Prior experience working in regulated industries such as banking or financial services.

Microsoft 365 or SharePoint certifications (e.g., MS-600, PL-900, PL-400) are a strong plus.
