Requirements

We are seeking a skilled SharePoint Workflow Developer to design, build, and maintain automated business processes within SharePoint Online and SharePoint 2016/2019 environments. This role requires strong experience with Power Automate (Microsoft Flow) and workflow development, particularly in regulated environments such as banking or financial services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain automated workflows using Power Automate, SharePoint Designer, and other workflow tools.

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze requirements and convert manual processes into streamlined digital workflows.

  • Create custom forms, approval chains, task assignments, and other automation solutions to support core business functions.

  • Monitor workflow execution, troubleshoot issues, and implement performance improvements.

  • Ensure that workflow solutions comply with audit, regulatory, and data security standards.

  • Manage and optimize SharePoint lists, libraries, site structures, and metadata in support of automation efforts.

  • Participate in content migration and workflow re-implementation from legacy platforms to SharePoint Online.

  • Train users and prepare supporting documentation to facilitate adoption of automated solutions.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience with SharePoint Online / 2016 / 2019, focusing on workflow development.

  • Strong proficiency in:

    • Power Automate (Microsoft Flow)

    • SharePoint Designer workflows

    • InfoPath (optional)

  • Proven experience in business process automation and optimization in a corporate setting.

  • Understanding of compliance frameworks and document retention policies, especially in banking or financial domains.

  • Working knowledge of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including Teams, Power Platform, and OneDrive.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience building complex workflows involving multi-level approvals, conditional logic, branching, and SLA monitoring.

  • Familiarity with PowerShell scripting for workflow automation and administration.

  • Prior experience working in regulated industries such as banking or financial services.

  • Microsoft 365 or SharePoint certifications (e.g., MS-600, PL-900, PL-400) are a strong plus.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently or in a team.
