Job DescriptionLHH is partnering with a respected law firm in Orlando, FL, to hire a Commercial Real Estate Legal Assistant. We’re looking for a detail-oriented and experienced legal professional who can support multiple attorneys in a busy real estate practice.

Key Duties:

Draft and edit real estate documents, including purchase agreements, leases, and closing materials

Coordinate real estate closings and compile closing documents and binders

Manage attorney calendars and schedule meetings

Enter billable time, process expenses, and track invoices

Maintain physical and electronic case files

Communicate with clients, attorneys, and external parties via phone and email

Prepare government permit applications and maintain attorney registrations

Perform general administrative support as needed
What We’re Looking For:

3+ years of legal assistant experience in commercial real estate or a related area
-
Proficient in Microsoft Office, PDF tools, and legal document management systems
-
Experience with legal billing software; iManage experience is a plus
-
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong communication skills
-
Able to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision

Florida Notary preferred but not required

Pay Details: $65,000.00 to $72,000.00 per year
