Job DescriptionLHH has partnered with a great law firm in Denver, CO looking for their next Paralegal!

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys cross-functional collaboration, and is passionate about legal operations in a real estate context.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and interpret commercial lease agreements to support internal decision-making.

  • Draft and manage correspondence with landlords regarding lease terms, reimbursements, and performance issues.

  • Collaborate with legal, operations, accounts receivable, and external stakeholders to move projects forward.

  • Track project milestones and assist with issue resolution throughout the lease lifecycle.

  • Participate in resolving landlord/tenant disputes with professionalism and efficiency.

  • Contribute to the development and refinement of legal processes and best practices.

  • Support internal and external counsel with documentation and project coordination.

  • Attend team meetings, training sessions, and conference calls as needed.

  • Maintain awareness of and compliance with internal policies and procedures.

  • Communicate clearly and effectively in both written and verbal formats.

  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support the legal team’s success.

Qualifications:

  • Associate’s degree, Paralegal Certificate, or Bachelor’s degree (in progress candidates encouraged to apply).

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in real estate law, lease administration, or property management—preferably within a large, multi-jurisdictional portfolio.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.

  • Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills.

  • Demonstrated initiative, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while fostering a positive team environment.

  • Experience conducting legal research and preparing professional correspondence.

Job Details:

  • Contract with possibility of Contract to Hire

  • Location: Denver, CO

  • Hybrid work, M - F

  • Pay: $29 an hour

  • Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits, and 401K plan. Available paid leave may include Paid Sick Leave, any other paid leave required by Federal, State, or local law, and Holiday pay upon meeting eligibility criteria.



Pay Details: $29.00 per hour
