Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Project Engineer to oversee and manage engineering projects from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet all quality standards. This role requires strong technical skills and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead engineering projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for project specifications and processes.
- Utilize CAD software to create and modify engineering designs and schematics.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and objectives.
- Identify potential risks in project execution and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Implement quality assurance processes to ensure project outputs meet required standards.
- Assist in budget preparation and monitoring throughout the project lifecycle.
- Create and manage project schedules, ensuring timelines are met and resources are allocated efficiently.
- Solve problems that arise during project execution and propose effective solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Engineer or in a similar role.
- Strong skills in Engineering Design and Technical Documentation.
- Proficiency in CAD Software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks).
- Excellent Stakeholder Communication skills.
- Experience with Risk Management principles and practices.
- Knowledge of Quality Assurance protocols.
- Familiarity with Budgeting and Scheduling techniques.
- Strong Problem Solving and analytical skills.
