EEO INVESTIGATOR

MUST be certified pursuant to EEOC Management Directive 110 (29 C.F.R. Part 1614):

All new EEO Investigators, including contract and collateral-duty investigators, must have completed at least thirty-two (32) hours of investigator training before conducting investigations.

  • MUST be able to pass a background check including a criminal background check and being up to date on your federal and state taxes, or being current on any tax payment agreement.
  • Must have three years of verifiable experience investigating Title VII cases.
  • MUST be able to quote the prima facie elements of the theories of discrimination with immediate ease.
  • Must be able to provide examples and discuss your investigative techniques specifics to the prima facie elements.
  • Must be willing to provide a real time writing example.
  • Must have SUPERIOR MS Word and Adobe Pro skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $32,326.49 - $92,419.81 per year
