We are looking for a detail-oriented Database Analyst to join our team in Northern, New Jersey. In this role, you will play a key part in managing product data systems and ensuring seamless data flow across internal and external platforms. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain data accuracy and support product launches.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee the implementation and management of a centralized Product Information Management (PIM) system, ensuring data accuracy and reliability.
• Configure and maintain product data to enable efficient syndication across platforms such as Aligntrac, 1WorldSync, and GS1.
• Coordinate product launches by ensuring timely and precise data setup to support marketing and operational needs.
• Work closely with marketing, product management, quality assurance, and IT to align the data platform with organizational objectives.
• Generate monthly reports detailing product setup activities while adhering to established standard operating procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
• Conduct routine audits to maintain high standards of data integrity across systems.
• Provide ongoing support for system enhancements and perform additional duties as required.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, ecommerce, or a related field.
• Proven experience in PIM systems, product data syndication, or item setup, preferably within the food industry.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with PIM tools is highly desirable.
• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Strong collaborative mindset and adaptability to process-driven environments.
• Knowledge of database systems, CRM tools, and business intelligence platforms.
• Analytical skills with experience in creating dashboards and conducting data analysis.
