If you have experience in CNC operations, machine setups, and diagnosing machine issues, we'd love to hear from you.

A Day in the Life

• Operate CNC machinery and ensure smooth workflow

• Conduct thorough safety checks and comply with standard safety protocols

• Proactively manage machine efficiency and production during your shift

• Expertly make tool adjustments, swap out dull inserts, and maintain tooling

• Set up machines for new production tasks

• Efficiently troubleshoot and solve CNC machine faults

• Decode blueprints to meet precise machining specifications

• Measure components using micrometers and similar instruments

• Manipulate various materials from stainless steel to plastics

• Use basic computer navigation for data entry and retrieval

• Record machine activity and production data on standard work sheets

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required

• Minimum of 1-3 years experience in a manufacturing setting

• Strong blueprint reading ability

• Proficiency in CNC machine operations and safety knowledge
