<p><strong>Responsibilities and Duties</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Assembly, Testing, and Painting of Oil and Gas Valves</li>
<li>Inspection of production components and recording of heat codes</li>
<li>Ensure WO’s are charged with time to complete task for production</li>
<li>Ability to understand basic drawings provided for production</li>
<li>Ensure production targets are met hourly, daily, monthly, and annually</li>
<li>Work with power tools, lift tables, and hand tools</li>
<li>Crane Operation</li>
<li>Forklift Operation</li>
<li>Ensure equipment and work areas are clean, safe, and well maintained</li>
<li>Identify opportunities for improvement and work with management to implement on an ongoing basis</li>
<li>Interact and maintain a positive working relationship with the Team</li>
<li>Comply with all processes and procedures to ensure compliance with ISO / API requirements</li>
<li>Complete any and all task assigned by Management</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Requirements and Qualifications</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>High school diploma/GED</li>
<li>1+ years of manufacturing experience preferred</li>
</ul>
