A driven, detail-oriented engineer who can evaluate and improve manufacturing processes using lean methodologies. Someone who is comfortable working cross-functionally and passionate about efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement. We're looking for a creative thinker who can balance technical know-how with big-picture thinking. What You Will Do:
- Design, develop, and implement efficient manufacturing processes that support product quality, safety, and cost-effectiveness.
- Analyze current production methods and identify opportunities for improvement using tools like Value Stream Mapping and root cause analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Engineering, Quality, Finance, Sales) to support new product launches and process changes.
- Coordinate the planning, layout, and sourcing of new equipment and tools.
- Lead initiatives focused on cost reduction, productivity, and operational excellence.
- Prepare and maintain detailed documentation, including SOPs, work instructions, and equipment layouts.
- Train production teams on new or improved processes and monitor results.

- Leading and managing multiple projects from concept to completion.
- Communicating clearly and working well with people across departments and levels.
- Driving process improvement using lean manufacturing tools.
- Staying organized, detail-oriented, and focused under pressure.
What You Have:
- A bachelor’s degree in technical engineering field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience with lean principles, continuous improvement, and project execution.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing operations, including design, fabrication, and assembly processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CAD and Oracle experience preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
