Production Associate

A growing manufacturing company is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Production Associate to assist with product filling and packaging. Previous experience in food, beverage, or cosmetic production is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately fill containers according to product specifications
  
• Ensure all items are properly sealed and labeled for quality assurance
  
• Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety and quality standards
  
• Identify and report any issues that may affect product quality or flow
  
• Assist and support other team members to ensure efficient production
  
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and company procedures
  

Qualifications:

• Experience in a production or packaging environment is a plus
  
• High attention to detail and quality standards
  
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-focused environment
  
• Willingness to take initiative and learn on the job
  
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus, but not required
