Location: Downtown Los Angeles, CA
Compensation: Up to $70,000 per year along with Paid Time Off, Paid Sick Time and Holidays, Healthcare, Dental and Vision Coverage, 401k
Job Type: Full-Time, Onsite, Direct Hire
LHH is working with a growing boutique law firm in seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Litigation Secretary to join their team in Downtown Los Angeles. This is an onsite position offering a collaborative and professional environment, supporting attorneys in active litigation practice. Candidates must have state court filing experience; federal court experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
Responsibilities:

Prepare and file litigation documents in state, federal, appellate courts, and arbitration forums

Review, organize, and maintain physical and electronic case files

Locate and summarize case information and documentation for attorney use

Review and manage incoming email and route to the appropriate litigation team members

Maintain attorney calendars, schedule deadlines, and assist with trial preparation as needed
Requirements:

2+ years of litigation legal secretary experience, preferably supporting a Partner or Senior Attorney

Proven experience with state court filing procedures; familiarity with federal court systems is a plus

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal document management systems

Strong organizational and communication skills

Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced legal environment

Bachelor’s degree required
Pay Details: $60,000.00 to $70,000.00 per year
