The Opportunity

Step into the role of an Expert Soldering Technician during our B Shift operations, located in Fairport, NY. We are scouting for individuals who can showcase their soldering expertise while aligning with daily production and quality goals.

Training and Work Hours

Enthusiastic learners will initially undergo two-month training on our A Shift from 7:00 AM till 3:30 PM and will thereafter merge with the 4:00 PM to 12:30 AM B Shift team.

Main Duties

• Execute intricate soldering tasks on electronic components.
• Master the usage of various assembly machinery, including hydraulic and drill presses.
• Transition smoothly across multiple workstations to enhance the production flow.
• Precision in packaging end-products and upholding cleanliness standards in workspaces.
• Comply with defined quality assurances and embrace improvement practices.

Necessary Credentials

• Preferably a diploma holder or GED equivalent.
• A year of immersion in assembly tasks or an environment focused on lean manufacturing principles.
• Hands-on experience in proficient soldering techniques.
• Experience in maintaining production via daily target achievement.
• Exceptional skills in manual dexterity and mechanical understanding.
• Competence with hand-operated tools and primitive measuring devices.

Physical Capacities

• Manage regular 20 lbs weights and occasional 50 lbs weights.
• Stand, flex, and move with ease throughout the duration of the shift.
