Job Description
- In this role, you will be required to assemble and install equipment into trailers, vans, RVs, and similar vehicles.
- You will utilize hand and power tools to install and assemble mechanical and electrical components.
- You will install and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical assemblies such as wiring harnesses, control switches, and hydraulic components.
- Additionally, you will interpret technical drawings, wiring schematics, and assembly instructions to ensure the proper setup, functionality, quality, and accuracy of the product.
- In-process inspection and quality control will be conducted step by step to assure accuracy and completion.
Responsibilities
- Assemble and install equipment into trailers, vans, RVs, etc.
- Utilize hand and power tools to install and assemble mechanical and electrical components.
- Install and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical assemblies including wiring harnesses, control switches, and hydraulic components.
- Interpret technical drawings, wiring schematics, and assembly instructions.
- Ensure proper setup, functionality, quality, and accuracy of the product.
- Conduct in-process inspection and quality control step by step to assure accuracy and completion.
Shift and Compensation
- First shift, 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday through Thursday (with Friday overtime)
- Compensation: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour, based on relevant experience
Qualifications
- A minimum of three years of assembly experience
- Proficiency in crimping, harnesses, point-to-point wiring, and the use of hand and power tools
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
- OSHA certifications are advantageous
- Mechanically inclined with a positive attitude, initiative, and a quick learning ability

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $27.00/hr.
