Family Law Paralegal
Location: Kirkland, WA (Hybrid)
Salary: $75,000–$95,000 DOE + Bonuses
Job Type: Full-Time
LHH is seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Family Law Paralegal to join our client’s legal team. This role is ideal for a motivated professional looking to grow within a supportive and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:
-
Serve as main point of contact for clients, managing communication and expectations
-
Draft pleadings, discovery, declarations, parenting plans, and other legal documents

Prepare and review discovery responses and trial materials

Coordinate with courts, opposing counsel, experts, and witnesses

Maintain case calendars and deadlines across 35–45 matters

Analyze financial documents and prepare support worksheets and spreadsheets
-
Track billable hours and assist with billing documentation
Requirements:
-
3+ years of family law experience in a law firm setting in WA state
-
Strong communication, organization, and client service skills
-
Proficient in legal software (e.g., Clio) and billing systems
-
Paralegal certification or advanced legal education
-
Familiarity with court procedures in King, Pierce, and Snohomish Counties
-
Must reside in Washington State and be able to commute to Kirkland office for onboarding
Pay Details: $70,000.00 to $105,000.00 per year
