Fast growing and innovative international company has an immediate need for an IT Support Engineer on a direct hire basis. In this role, you will be responsible for technical support and troubleshooting, asset management, use of ticketing system, resolving connectivity issues, creating documentation. and more. This role requires excellent communication skills, with passion for IT and urgency to resolve issues. Requirements:
• 1-4 years of IT support or service desk experience.
• Experience troubleshooting Windows.
• Familiarity with Windows Server, Active Directory, and IIS.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 suite.
• Experience with imaging and basic networking.
• Knowledge of security best practices including antivirus, endpoint security, etc.
• Pluses: multi-factor authentication (Duo preferred), PowerShell scripting.
