- Must be able to work around moving parts/equipment
- Must be able to walk/stoop/ bend/ stand for entire work shift (up to 8 hours or more)
- Must have the ability to work in a cold environment with a constant 3840 degrees temperature for up to 8 hours or more with appropriate insulated clothing
- Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs. (includes china, product, silverware)
- Must be able to use fingers & hands to handle equipment
- Must have the ability to use knives, cutting board, mobile shelving, carts, meat slicer, and related industrial kitchen equipment
- Must be able to speak, read and understand English
- Must possess Basic math skills
- Must apply effective Food Hygiene practices.
- Must have good organizational skills and adaptable to frequent changes
- Must have the ability to apply safety and sanitation standards
- Must be flexible to work in a 24/7 environment which may include nights, weekends and holidays; subject to change due to shift bidding
- Other duties assigned by management as needed
